An arborist for the city of Wilmington has resigned after pleading guilty to a sex charge in Alabama.
Brion Capo pleaded guilty to second degree sex abuse--a misdemeanor charge.
He was given a suspended sentence.
As of yesterday--Capo no longer works for the city of Wilmington.
