Town government in Carolina Beach is in turmoil, as the mayor, town manager and a town councilman all resigned their positions Tuesday night.
There's no word on why the three left.
The town council held an emergency meeting last night and named Ed Parvin--the director of the Planning and Development Department--as interim town manager.
