The Carolina Beach Town Council is back in business.
Tom Bridges and Jody Smith will fill the last two vacant spots on the board.
They will be sworn into office January 8th--along with Bob Lewis as mayor.
The appointments come one month after the mayor, the town manager, and a town councilman abruptly resigned.
