A former East Columbus High School baseball player pleaded guilty to a drunk driving accident that claimed the life of his friend.
20-year-old Nicholas Wilkinson will serve six months in jail and three years probation.
Authorities say Wilkinson left a party May 3rd with 21 year-old Ryan Hommel.
Hommel died at the scene.
