The Highway Patrol is looking for the driver of a van that crashed Monday night on River Road.
Troopers say it looks like the driver hit a ditch and the van flipped--landing upside down in a marsh.
When rescuers pulled the van from the water--there was no one inside.
Crews searched the surrounding area for hours but so far--no driver.
