A former New Hanover County Sheriff's Deputy is charged with secret peeping and indecent liberties with a minor.
Harold Fletcher was still employed by the sheriff's office when state officials started the investigation.
So far--the SBI is not releasing further details.
Fletcher was jailed on a 15-thousand dollar secured bond.
