A Leland man is accused of peeping on a woman as she tried on clothes at a shop on Front Street.
40-year-old James Murray is charged with felony secret peeping.
A witness claims she saw Murray snap photos of a 22-year-old woman getting dressed.
Murray was booked and released from the New Hanover County jail.
