A first court appearance today for a Leland man charged with felony murder in a fatal accident.
The crash happened Friday afternoon on U-S 74/76 in Columbus County.
Troopers say Pierre Walker was driving while impaired when he struck and killed 61-year-old Martha Mintz.
This was Walker's 4th arrest for DWI.
