A Wilmington man will spend 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to having a role in a heroin ring.
Prosecutors say 25-year-old Kenneth Harris helped bring more than 16,000 bags of heroin to the Port City.
Harris' arrest was part of an investigation that has so far landed 31 people in jail.
