The New Hanover County School Board is appealing a judge's ruling that an assistant principal was wrongfully fired.
Tiffany Tobe-Williams was relieved of her duties at Ogden Elementary School last June.
Tobe-Williams appealed--and a judge sided with her--ordering the board to reinstate her contract and award back pay.
Now the case is before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
