No charges will be filed in an accident Friday that damaged a Pender County Sheriff's car.
Two deputies were pursuing a speeding vehicle on Hoover Road when one cruiser hit a ditch and flipped over.
The deputy received minor injuries.
The wreck was investigated by the Highway Patrol--which opted not to press charges.
