One group that sued over North Carolina's new voting maps won't appeal a ruling that allows the May 8 primary to go on as scheduled.
Democratic elected officials and registered voters had wanted to delay the primary.
The group says the maps are unconstitutional and are unfair to black voters.
Those plaintiffs now say they won't make an appeal to the state Supreme Court.
