A man charged in an accident that injured a Wilmington police officer is now out of jail.
Nicholas Lamastus is charged with DWI and failure to reduce speed.
Investigators say Lamastus crashed into the back of a police cruiser early Saturday morning.
The officer was taken to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
Lamastus is due in court next month.
