Rouzer will seek recount in 7th Congressional race 11-21

Republican Congressional nominee David Rouzer says he will seek a recount in his 7th district contest with Democratic Congressman Mike McIntyre. McIntyre defeated Rouzer by just 655 votes. The recount will be held November 26 and 27th.
