A Wilmington man who authorities say fired shots at a house and then led them on a chase will make his first court appearance today.
27-year-old Phillip Donaldson the second was arrested Saturday morning.
New Hanover County deputies say Donaldson led them on a chase into Pender County after he fired shots near Ogden Park.
No one was hurt.
