Wilmington firefighters are taking their pay dispute public.
Several electronic billboards in the area are displaying messages--asking for support and more compensation.
The ads were purchased by the Wilmington Professional Firefighters Association.
They say public safety workers here make about 20 % less than they do in other cities.
