Home prices in the Wilmington area are not reflecting the growth seen in the rest of the country.
The Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors says sale prices were flat last year compared to the year before.
Nationally, the average home sale price rose by 7.3%.
Officials insist, though, that this year's outlook is promising.
