The city of Wilmington and New Hanover County leaders are considering an incentive package designed to lure about 400 new jobs to the area.
The company is called Castle Branch--and it provides employment screening services.
Together--the city and county may offer a $500,000 incentive package.
Public hearings are set for next week.
