Woman faces 2nd DWI charge in a week

7/28/14–A woman who authorities say hit and killed a 2-year-old boy in Pender County is back in jail–charged with her second DWI in a week.
28-year-old Stevie Wallace was arrested over the weekend.
The Highway Patrol says 2-year-old Carter Gibson died last week outside a home on Stag Drive.
Wallace is being held under a $50,000 secured bond.
